11. Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Full Refund (minus processing fees) – If you cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking date, you will receive a full refund minus 5.5% (to cover transaction fees and tax).

No Refund – If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, no refund will be issued.

Example:

  • Booking Date: September 10, 2025

  • Cancellation before: September 09, 2025, 00:00 → Full refund minus 5.5%

  • Cancellation on or after: September 09, 2025 → No refund

After a refund is processed, it may take 3–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account. This depends on your bank and country, as all refunds are processed through Stripe.

12. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

The following rescheduling policy applies to all confirmed bookings:

No Date Change – Once a booking is confirmed, the date cannot be changed or rescheduled to another day.

Time Adjustment (Same Day Only) – You may request to change your entry time within the same booking date, subject to availability.

No Refund for No-Show or Late Arrival – If you do not arrive at your scheduled date and time, no refund will be issued.

Example:

  • Booking Date: September 10, 2025
  • Request to change to September 11 → ❌ Not allowed
  • Request to change time from 10:00 to 14:00 (September 10) → ✅ Allowed (Subject to availability)
  • Failure to arrive as scheduled → ❌ No refund
